Established in 2007 and headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Construction and Engineering Services Consultants, Inc. (C&ES) is a minority-owned firm that provides professional construction management, inspection, and engineering services to municipal, government, and private clients. C&ES holds certifications as JSEB, MBE, SBE, DBE, LSBE, OEO, and Section 3.
