C&ES provided Project Management and inspection services to the City of Jacksonville (COJ) for the Hartley Road Drainage Improvements Project. This project was constructed to reduce local flooding and treat stormwater runoff collecting in Deep Bottom Creek before entering the St. Johns River. A portion of Hartley Road was reconstructed to accommodate cross-drain stormwater pipes and a 5-acre retention pond was constructed.
