C&ES, as a minority partner with Jacobs, provides Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Field Observers, and Administrative staff to offer civil CEI services and procurement for the renovation of over 190 schools and construction of 28 new schools for DCPS. C&ES observes and monitors various third party CEI companies performing structural inspections, threshold inspections, and MEP inspections. Responsibilities include status review and monitoring changes in the design and construction database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting.
