C&ES provided Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services in support of the Buckman Biosolids Conversion Projects for JEA, working in coordination with Corollo and selected construction contractors.
Across eight separate project components, C&ES played a key role in overseeing construction progress and ensuring work was executed in alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
Services include:

- Evaluating workmanship and compliance
- Identifying and documenting deficiencies
- Supporting corrective action processes
C&ES remained engaged from pre-construction coordination through final inspection and closeout, including the review of as-built documentation.
